All Started With The Big Bang !!
The Big Bang Theory (TV Show)
Created by "Two And A Half Men" 's creator Chuck Lorre, the show appears on 2007 in CBS.
Two brilliant young physicists, Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper, are the kind of "beautiful minds" that understand how the universe works (Sheldon and Leonard have a combined IQ of 360 with Leonard having 173 and Sheldon having 187). The TV show investigate the relations between 7 characters (since the Season 4): Sheldon, Leonard, Raj, Howard, Penny, Amy and Bernadette . But their intelligence don't help them interact with people, especially women. All of this is about to change when a free-spirited newly single beauty named Penny moves in next door. When Leonard and Sheldon meet Penny, Leonard is immediately interested in her, saying that their babies will be smart and beautiful, but Sheldon, who feels Leonard's dream is unlikely, says, "Not to mention imaginary". This day, the Big Bang Theory is one of television series the most looked in the United States by collecting on average 14 million televiewers every week.
Bernadette Rostenkowski
Dr. Bernadette Maryann Rostenkowski is a waitress and co-worker of Penny at the Cheesecake Factory, which pays the way for her graduate studies in microbiology. A recurring joke on the series is reference to Bernadette handling infectious biological specimens before preparing food or making physical contact with people, which eventually results in her and her entire research team spending New Year's Eve 2010 in quarantine. She is of Catholic upbringing, having gone a Catholic school - she admits that she cannot lie very well because, according to her, the teachers "whip the lying out of you" - and is frequently seen wearing a cross necklace. Bernadette is introduced to Howard by Penny after he invoked the Girlfriend Pact. At first, she and Howard do not get along, as they appear to have nothing in common. When they find out that they both have overbearing mothers, they feel a connection. Subsequently, Howard realizes Bernadette presents a real opportunity to develop a lasting relationship, and, in an impulsive manner, he proposes to her. Although Bernadette rejects his offer, they remain a couple for a time after Howard sings a heartfelt song for her at the Cheesecake Factory, which Penny finds quite embarrassing, but Bernadette finds romantic.

Amy Farrah Fowler
Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler is a neurobiologist . Raj and Howard met Amy through an online dating site after secretly setting up an account using Sheldon's name and information. The site matches her to Sheldon, and the two share many similar traits. Once she and Sheldon meet, she becomes, as Sheldon puts it, a girl who is his friend, but not his "girlfriend". They briefly ended their friendship when they got into an argument over whose field of study was superior. The two initially communicate only by text message and occasionally via webcam, though she gradually began hanging out with the gang in person through the fourth season.
Amy Farrah Fowler is portrayed by Mayim Bialik.

Penny
Penny is the primary female character on the show, befriending her across-the-hall neighbors Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper , two physicists who work at the nearby Caltech University. Penny's lack of advanced education but outgoing personality drastically contrast the personalities of the primary male characters in the series, even though she is considered part of their group. She also is the love interest of Leonard . In contrast to the rest of the group, Penny is not well-educated (though she is smart) or savvy in a specific technical field, but she has great social skills and is very knowledgeable about pop culture. She is also messy and disorganized, but appears to like it that way.

Howard Wolowitz
Howard is a Jewish Aerospace Engineer at Caltech's Department of Applied Physics who often hangs out at Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper's apartment. He is best friends with Rajesh Koothrappali. Howard fancies himself a "ladies' man" and he provides outrageous pick-up lines whenever there is a female present, resulting in humiliating turn-downs. Howard describes himself as a romantic, although he usually comes across as overtly sexual and, in the words of Penny, disgusting. However, Penny's animosity toward Howard has mellowed somewhat since Howard began dating Penny's work colleague Bernadette, to whom he is now engaged.
Howard, much like Penny, dislikes many of Sheldon's antics, but he has grown accustomed to them. One time, Penny asked how Sheldon had gotten friends and Howard simply replied "We liked Leonard".
Howard is allergic to peanuts, and they pose a life-threatening risk to him. He also mentioned having transient idiopathic arrhythmia. Howard is proud of the fact that he has only 3% body fat, which Raj notes makes him look like a human chicken wing.
Howard Wolowitz is portrayed by Simon Helberg.
Rajesh "Raj" Koothrappali
Rajesh, who is normally called Raj or by his surname Koothrappali by Sheldon Cooper, is from New Delhi, India. However, he despises Indian food, and his knowledge regarding Indian culture and Hinduism is often disputed by Sheldon Cooper. He was born into a wealthy family and has five siblings, one of whom is a previous girlfriend of Leonard, Priya. He is normally seen wearing a layered combination of a shirt and a vest, khakis, and a jacket. He wore a red cap only in the pilot episode.
All of the guys enjoy playing Halo every Wednesday at Sheldon and Leonard's apartment and occasionally at Koothrappali's apartment . They also play Age of Conan excessively, with Raj stating he has experienced gaming addiction. Rajesh is portrayed by Kunal Nayyar.
Leonard Hofstadter
Leonard is the most sociable of the group . He's the first who talks with Penny and he is instantly captivated by Penny, and from the beginning sets out to date her.
Although Leonard feels at home with his geek colleagues, he wants to be more social. Among the main characters, he generally has the least amount of difficulty interacting with "non-geek" individuals. While certainly a geek by most definitions, he is less socially inept than Sheldon (who is unable to grasp social norms and is often even dismissive of them), Raj (who is unable to talk to women unless he is under the influence of alcohol or anti-anxiety prescription drugs), and Howard (who is often seen as "creepy" when flirting with women, including Penny).
Leonard Hofstadter is portrayed by Johnny Galecki.
In 2011, Galecki was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series and a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Television Series Musical or Comedy.
